Modern Music Taught by Professionals
RhythmicLee
Music Studios has been teaching students for
over ten years, and each year we continue to expand throughout Southern
California. Our proven teaching methodology and high success rate is why many of our students refer their friends to us.
Lessons are at our studio or at your home.
We focus on the instruments used in modern, rock-based music: guitar, bass, drums, keyboards and vocals.
What We Mean by "Rock-Based Music"
Today's
most popular songs are predominantly rock-based, meaning a heavy
back-beat, prevalent electric and bass guitars, hook-based melodies
driven by powerful vocals, and often keyboards. The songs may fall into
categories such as pop rock, alternative rock, country rock, Latin rock,
progressive rock or adult contemporary rock, but the bottom line is that
it's mostly rock-based.
You can hear rock-based elements in songs from the majority of best-selling recording artists, including Usher, P!nk, Foo Fighters, Kenny Chesney, Death Cab For Cutie, Rihanna, Coldplay, Toby Keith, Rise Against, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Maroon 5, The Black Eyed Peas, Enrique Iglesias, etc.
Of course, if you want to learn how to play the classic rock styles of the '60s, '70s, '80s and '90s, we'll teach you that too!
You'll Learn Fast
We'll

You'll be taught by teachers who are professionals in teaching and playing music. Whether your goals are to play music professionally, to supplement your school-based music education, or to simply enjoy learning a new instrument, we will supply you with the skills to succeed.
From time to time we offer special, fun events such as the "Students-on-Stage" Show, that enables the families and friends of our students see them performing live on a big stage. Bring your camera! Click here for more information on this year's "Students-on-Stage" Show.
Learning Music is Good for You!
Many
scientific studies have proven the benefits -- to both children and adults
-- of learning a musical instrument. These benefits include improved
abstract reasoning skills, eye-hand coordination, self-discipline, and
higher scores on cognitive development tests.

A Few Words from Lee
I'm
a lifelong professional musician, a music teacher and a parent. Many years
ago I started RhythmicLee Music Studios and guided the company's
growth into a well-respected collective of talented,
experienced music teachers. We deliver effective,
rock-based music lessons to our students, and we serve the Southern
California area only. Many new students are referred by satisfied, existing
students. Click here to read
testimonials received from students and parents.
What we are NOT is a nationwide Internet telemarketing company, like some other places where you can "take lessons." Those places charge their students high rates, then they pay their (usually young and inexperienced) teachers only 1/3 of the lesson fee. We think that's wrong. When you call us, you'll speak with a real music teacher, not a salesperson.
Contact us today to get started. We'll answer your questions, and--when you're ready--we'll schedule your first lesson.
